Ανακοίνωση Ελληνικής Ομοσπονδίας Τριάθλου

ΑΝΑΚΟΙΝΩΣΗ ΕΟΤΡΙ (6/9/2016)

 

Η Ελληνική Ομοσπονδία Τριάθλου πληροφορήθηκε με έκπληξη από δελτίο τύπου της Γενικής Γραμματείας Αθλητισμού την αποστολή στον εισαγγελέα «φακέλου» με τις «διαπιστώσεις των υπηρεσιών της Γ.Γ.Α. για τα πεπραγμένα στην Ελληνική Ομοσπονδία Τριάθλου στη διάρκεια των ετών 2008-2016, σε διοικητικό και οικονομικό επίπεδο».

 

Η Γενική Γραμματεία Αθλητισμού δεν έχει διενεργήσει απολύτως κανέναν διοικητικό ή οικονομικό έλεγχο στην ΕΟΤΡΙ κατά το παραπάνω χρονικό διάστημα. Αντίθετα, έχει εγκρίνει το σύνολο των αγωνιστικών της δραστηριοτήτων και τις μεταβάσεις των αθλητών της στο εξωτερικό για αγώνες, όπως και τους απολογισμούς της που έχουν υποβληθεί στην Γενική Γραμματεία Αθλητισμού σύμφωνα με τον αθλητικό νόμο.

 

Η Ελληνική Ομοσπονδία Τριάθλου στηρίζει ένα ερασιτεχνικό Ολυμπιακό άθλημα χωρίς καμία κρατική επιχορήγηση ούτε έχει οποιαδήποτε άλλη στήριξη με δημόσιο χρήμα από το 2012 και, ως εκ τούτου, δεν έχει διαχειριστεί ούτε ένα ευρώ από τα χρήματα των Ελλήνων φορολογουμένων.

 

Η Ελληνική Ομοσπονδία Τριάθλου διαμαρτύρεται για τη δημιουργία εντυπώσεων σε βάρος της διοίκησης και των σωματείων μελών της, η οποία μάλιστα έρχεται λίγες ημέρες πριν την προγραμματισμένη συζήτηση στο Διοικητικό Εφετείο της αίτησης ακύρωσης κατά της απόφασης ανάκλησης της αθλητικής της αναγνώρισης και επιφυλάσσεται να απαντήσει στις αρμόδιες αρχές, όταν κληθεί, όπως επίσης επιφυλάσσεται να ασκήσει κάθε νόμιμο δικαίωμά της για την προστασία των εννόμων συμφερόντων της.
