Παραθέτουμε το δελτίο τύπου του Σύριζα αναφορικά με την εγκατάλειψη των αθλητικών εγκαταστάσεων σε όλη την Ελλάδα που έχει προβληματίσει όλους όσους αγαπάμε τον Ελληνικό Αθλητισμό.
Είναι σωστές οι επισημάνσεις όμως με την παρωχημένη, ξύλινη, αριστερή φρασεολογία άλλων εποχών και κυρίως άκρως κομματική γλώσσα που χρησιμοποιούν οι συντάκτες κανένας δεν καταλαβαίνει αυτό που τελικά προτείνουν.
Επίσης είναι τόσο φανερή η πρόθεση να εκμεταλλευθούν κομματικά το οποιοδήποτε ζήτημα που ενώ αναδεικνύουν σημαντικά ζητήματα κανένας δεν διαβάζει τις ανακοινώσεις τους.
Πρέπει επειγόντως να μάθουν να συντάσσουν Δελτία Τύπου και ανακοινώσεις.
Ανακοίνωση του Τμήματος Φυσικής Αγωγής κ΄ Αθλητισμού ΣΥΡΙΖΑ
Το πρόβλημα της ακαταλληλότητας των αθλητικών χώρων σήμερα, αναδεικνύει την γύμνια της αθλητικής πολιτικής της συγκυβέρνησης
Οι πολιτικές των μνημονίων στερούν από τον αθλητισμό κονδύλια, ανθρώπινο δυναμικό, θεσμική και υλικοτεχνική υποστήριξη.
Ωστόσο, το πρόβλημα της εγκατάλειψης εκατοντάδων μικρών ή μεγαλύτερων αθλητικών εγκαταστάσεων σε ολόκληρη τη χώρα, χρονολογείται από τον καιρό των μονοκομματικών κυβερνήσεων της ΝΔ και του ΠΑΣΟΚ και αναδεικνύει τη γύμνια της πολιτικής τους στον αθλητισμό.
Τα κουφάρια των ημιτελών αθλητικών εγκαταστάσεων, που χρονολογούνται από τη περιβόητη πια περίοδο του 2004 και τη μη υλοποίηση του τότε μεγαλεπίβολου προγράμματος «Ελλάδα 2004», «κοσμούν» ολόκληρη την περιφέρεια της χώρας, για να μας υπενθυμίζουν ταυτόχρονα μερικές από τις αιτίες της σημερινής κρίσης.
Οι συγκυβερνόντες στέρησαν από τους Καλλικρατικούς Δήμους τους απαραίτητους πόρους, ώστε να μπορέσουν να συντηρήσουν στοιχειωδώς και να λειτουργήσουν τα γήπεδα και κυρίως τα κολυμβητήρια, με αποτέλεσμα είτε να τα κλείνουν είτε να προσπαθούν να τα παραχωρήσουν όσο-όσο σε ιδιώτες για να απαλλαγούν από αυτά, είτε να χαρατσώνουν τους πολίτες.
Υπενθυμίζουμε ότι πολλές αθλητικές εγκαταστάσεις (ακόμα εθνικής εμβέλειας όπως το Στάδιο Ειρήνης και Φιλίας και το στέγαστρο Καλατράβα), έχουν κτισθεί χωρίς να τηρηθούν τα στοιχειώδη, όπως πολεοδομικές άδειες, περιβαλλοντικές και συγκοινωνιακές μελέτες, χωρίς σχεδιασμό με βάση τις κοινωνικές ανάγκες και τα πληθυσμιακά στοιχεία. Κυριάρχησαν κριτήρια πελατειακά και μικροκομματικά. Τοπικοί άρχοντες και παράγοντες του πρώην δικομματισμού συνέπλευσαν με την αθλητική ηγεσία και εξώθησαν κρατικές υπηρεσίες στην αυθαιρεσία, στην ανομία και στη σπατάλη.
Δυστυχώς, η πλειονότητα των αθλητικών φορέων (ομοσπονδίες, ενώσεις και σύλλογοι) από τη δική τους μεριά, εγκλωβισμένοι από τον ασφυκτικό εναγκαλισμό του δικομματισμού και το σύστημα των έκτακτων επιχορηγήσεων, ποτέ δεν σήκωσαν κεφάλι, δεν θέλησαν να αντιπαρατεθούν για κάτι που αφορούσε τους ίδιους τους αθλητές τους.
Όλα αυτά τα χρόνια ο ΣΥΡΙΖΑ, έχοντας επεξεργασθεί «ένα αθλητικό σύστημα συμβατό με τον ελεύθερο χρόνο των πολιτών, με μια άλλη οικολογική πολιτική, με την υγεία και την παιδεία, μέρος ενός διαφορετικού μοντέλου οικιστικής ανάπτυξης κι εξυπηρέτησης των άμεσων αναγκών της κοινωνίας», τόνιζε:
Δεν είναι δυνατόν, την ίδια στιγμή που οι δημόσιες αθλητικές εγκαταστάσεις αφήνονται στη τύχη τους, η πολιτεία (και κάποιοι Δήμοι) να παραχωρεί γήπεδα με σκανδαλώδεις όρους, να χαρίζει χρέη ή να σκορπά αφειδώς κονδύλια για τις Αθλητικές Εταιρείες (ΠΑΕ και ΚΑΕ).
Σήμερα, δεκάδες εγκαταστάσεις δεν έχουν νόμιμη άδεια λειτουργίας, δεν ανταποκρίνονται σε στοιχειώδεις προδιαγραφές και είναι επικίνδυνες για την ασφάλεια και την υγιεινή των αθλουμένων και των θεατών. Οι αρμόδιες υπηρεσίες απαγορεύουν τη χρήση τους και οι αθλητικοί φορείς, των οποίων οι παράγοντες τίθενται προ προσωπικών ποινικών ευθυνών σε περίπτωση ατυχήματος, βρίσκονται σε αδιέξοδο. Το πρόβλημα είναι ιδιαίτερα οξυμμένο στη περιφέρεια της χώρας, στη νησιωτική χώρα ακόμα περισσότερο, επειδή κατά τεκμήριο δεν υπάρχουν εναλλακτικές λύσεις.
Αλήθεια, πόσο σοβαρή είναι μια κυβέρνηση, όταν λέει στους χρήστες των δημόσιων γηπέδων: χρησιμοποιήστε τα αλλά με δική σας ευθύνη, εγώ θα κάνω τα «στραβά μάτια» ;
Ο ΣΥΡΙΖΑ θεωρεί, ότι όλες οι αθλητικές εγκαταστάσεις πρέπει να εναρμονισθούν με τις διεθνώς κατοχυρωμένες προδιαγραφές. Η πολιτεία οφείλει να συμβάλλει με άμεση καταγραφή των αναγκών κι έκτακτη οικονομο-τεχνική ενίσχυση στην τοπική αυτοδιοίκηση, ώστε να γίνουν οι απαραίτητες μελέτες κι εργασίες. Η Γενική Γραμματεία Αθλητισμού αντί να συρρικνώνεται πρέπει να βοηθηθεί ώστε να παίξει τον επιτελικό ρόλο της.
Οι Περιφέρειες και οι φορείς της τοπικής αυτοδιοίκησης, φέροντας μεγάλο μέρος της ευθύνης, οφείλουν τάχιστα να προβούν στις ενέργειες που προβλέπονται από το νόμο και να πιστοποιήσουν τις αθλητικές εγκαταστάσεις.
Παράλληλα, οι αθλητικοί φορείς, που τόσα χρόνια γνώριζαν το πρόβλημα αλλά συμβιβάζονταν ή δεν μπορούσαν, πρέπει να ενεργοποιηθούν ώστε να διεκδικήσουν το αυτονόητο: «ασφαλή και προσβάσιμα δημόσια γήπεδα για όλους».
Οι αθλούμενοι πρέπει να διεκδικήσουν την συμμετοχή τους μέσα στους αθλητικούς φορείς ώστε να σπάσουν οι παραγοντισμοί και να επιβάλλουν το δικαίωμα στη άθληση.
Οι λογικές της ανάθεσης πρέπει να τελειώσουν και στον αθλητισμό! Ο αθλητισμός πρέπει να εκδημοκρατισθεί. Ο αθλητισμός στην Ελλάδα πρέπει να ξανασχεδιαστεί, να αλλάξει συνθέμελα.
Αυτό είναι δέσμευση του ΣΥΡΙΖΑ και της αυριανής κυβέρνησης της Αριστεράς.
