Τα τεστ φυσικής κατάστασης είναι εξαιρετικά σημαντικά για τους αθλητές και προπονητές τριάθλου. Παρότι από τους αθλητές απαιτούν έντονη σωματική προσπάθεια και από τους προπονητές σημαντικό χρόνο και προσπάθεια τόσο για την σωστή καθοδήγηση των αθλητών για να προετοιμαστούν για το τεστ και κυρίως σημαντικό χρόνο στην ανάλυση των τεστ, κανένας δεν αμφιβάλει για την χρησιμότητά τους.

Αποτελούν τον καλύτερο τρόπο της αξιολόγησης της αθλητικής μας προόδου και μας γεμίζουν αυτοπεποίθηση όταν βλέπουμε με ξεκάθαρο τρόπο την πρόοδό μας.

Για να βελτιωθεί ένας αθλητής τριάθλου χρειάζεται να προπονηθεί σε πολύ συγκεκριμένη ένταση και για συγκεκριμένη διάρκεια και μέθοδο. Στόχος της προπόνησης είναι να δημιουργηθούν πολύ συγκεκριμένα ερεθίσματα που θα εγείρουν συγκεκριμένες προσαρμογές των διαφόρων συστημάτων του οργανισμού: νευρομυικού, ορμονικού, καρδιοαναπνευστικού, μεταβολικού κ.λπ.

Για να πραγματοποιηθεί το παραπάνω απαιτείται να δημιουργηθούν συγκεκριμένες προπονητικές ζώνες τόσο με όρους εξωτερικού όσο και όρους εσωτερικού φορτίου.

Εννοώντας εξωτερικά φορτία είναι η ισχύς (προπονητικές ζώνες ισχύος) και όταν δεν είναι αυτό εφικτή η ταχύτητα για τις προπονήσεις κολύμβησης και τρεξίματος.

  • Την υποκειμενική αίσθηση κόπωσης
