Ο Χρήστος Βολικάκης κέρδισε χρυσό μετάλλιο και στα 1.000 μ. ατομική χρονομέτρηση και στο Κέιριν, στο Πανελλήνιο Πρωτάθλημα ποδηλασίας πίστας, που ολοκληρώθηκε σήμερα στο ΟΑΚΑ, στο Ολυμπιακό Ποδηλατοδρόμιο. Επίσης δύο χρυσά κατέκτησαν το Σαββατοκύριακο και η Αργυρώ Μηλάκη (Σκρατς και Κέιριν) και ο ΠΣΚρόνοςΝίκαιας (Ομαδικό Σπριντ και Μάντισον).
Το Σάββατο ο Κώστας Σαλπαδήμος της Μεσογείου Ρόδου πέτυχε νέο Πανελλήνιο ρεκόρ εφήβων στο αγώνισμα ατομικής χρονομέτρησης 1.000 μ. με χρόνο 1:04:2013 .
«Ήταν ένα πολύ καλό Πανελλήνιο. Έγιναν δυνατές μονομαχίες, υπήρξε έντονος συναγωνισμός σε όλα τα αγωνίσματα και όσοι βρέθηκαν στο ΟΑΚΑ είχαν την ευκαιρία να απολαύσουν ωραίο θέαμα. Μπράβο σε όλους τους αθλητές, τους προπονητές, αλλά και τις ομάδες τους», δήλωσε ο πρόεδρος της Ομοσπονδίας Θανάσης Τερζής.
