Οι εργαζόμενοι της Coca-Cola Hellas και της Coca-Cola Τρία Έψιλον συμμετείχαν στην Εβδομάδα Κίνησης (Move Week)

και στήριξαν έμπρακτα τους «Γιατρούς του Κόσμου»

 

Tο Σύστημα της Coca–Cola στην Ελλάδα (Coca-Cola Hellas και Coca-Cola Τρία Έψιλον), για μια ακόμη χρονιά, συμμετείχε στην Εβδομάδα Κίνησης 2014 (Move Week) που διοργανώνεται σε ολόκληρη την Ευρώπη από την Coca-Cola, με στόχο να ενημερώσει τους εργαζόμενους  για τη σημασία τους ενεργού τρόπου ζωής.

 

Στην Ελλάδα, οι διασκεδαστικές δραστηριότητες ενεργοποίησαν όλους τους εργαζομένους του Συστήματος της Coca-Cola σε κάθε γωνιά της χώρας μας. Για μια εβδομάδα οι εργαζόμενοι της Coca-Cola Hellas και της Coca–Cola Τρία Έψιλον, συμμετείχαν καθημερινά σε δράσεις όπως μαθήματα yoga, zumba, hip hop και latin, αλλά και σε διαγωνισμούς όπως spinning challenge, kinect και basketball. Η Εβδομάδα Κίνησης ολοκληρώθηκε σε ειδική εκδήλωση που πραγματοποιήθηκε στο Ολυμπιακό Στάδιο για τους εργαζομένους, με δράσεις που διασκέδασαν αλλά κυρίως μύησαν τους ίδιους και τις οικογένειές τους σε έναν πιο ενεργό τρόπο ζωής.

 

Η πιο ουσιαστική ωστόσο δράση του Move Week 2014 ήταν η πρωτοβουλία του Συστήματος να ζητήσει από τους εργαζόμενους να «περπατήσουν για καλό σκοπό» με στόχο να καλύψουν την περίμετρο της Ελλάδας, δηλαδή 16.000 km που ισοδυναμούν σε 22 εκατομμύρια βήματα. Το κίνητρο της ενέργειας αυτής ήταν να καλυφθεί ο στόχος, προκειμένου το Σύστημα της Coca-Cola στην Ελλάδα να  υποστηρίξει το έργο των «Γιατρών του Κόσμου», προσφέροντας ουσιαστική προσφορά σε συνανθρώπους μας που έχουν ανάγκη.

 

Η προσπάθεια όλων των εργαζομένων κατά τη διάρκεια της Εβδομάδας Δράσης ήταν ουσιαστική και ενθουσιώδης, με αποτέλεσμα να ξεπεράσουν κατά πολύ το επιθυμητό όριο κάλυψης της περιμέτρου της Ελλάδας, κάνοντας συνολικά 23 εκ βήματα. Αυτό πρακτικά σημαίνει ότι συνολικά, από τις δράσεις συγκεντρώθηκε ένα ποσό το οποίο θα διατεθεί στους «Γιατρούς του Κόσμου» για την αγορά συγκεκριμένων ειδών (τρόφιμα, ρουχισμός, σχολικά είδη, κλπ), προκειμένου να καλυφθούν σημαντικές ανάγκες του οργανισμού.

 

Βασισμένη στο σύνθημα «Move for a cause!», η συγκεκριμένη πρωτοβουλία του Συστήματος μέσα από την Εβδομάδα Δράσης της Coca-Cola σε όλη την Ευρώπη, απέδειξε έμπρακτα ότι η κίνηση μπορεί να είναι διασκεδαστική και ωφέλιμη, αλλά παράλληλα μπορεί να μετατραπεί και σε μια ουσιαστική πράξη αλληλεγγύης.
