Δελτίο Τύπου των Διοργανωτών.Στο παραδεισένιο περιβάλλον της τεχνητής λίμνης του Λάδωνα, με την υποστήριξη του Δήμου Γορτυνίας , θα γίνει την Κυριακή 01/06/2014 για τρίτη χρονιά, ο μονοήμερος αγώνας ορεινού τριάθλου, με την ονομασία ”X-EVENT”ΤΡΙΑΘΛΟ ΛΑΔΩΝΑ 2014.
Περιλαμβάνει κολύμπι, ορεινή ποδηλασία και ορεινό τρέξιμο χωρίς διάλειμμα χρόνου μεταξύ των αθλημάτων. Θα υπάρχει Ολυμπιακή απόσταση (ΔΙΑΔΡΟΜΗ Α) με 1500 μ. κολύμπι, 31,3 χλμ. ποδήλατο, 9,2 χλμ. τρέξιμο συνολικού μήκους 42 χιλιομέτρων και Sprint απόσταση (ΔΙΑΔΡΟΜΗ Β) με 750 μ. κολύμπι, 15,2 χλμ. ποδήλατο, 5 χλμ. τρέξιμο συνολικού μήκους 21 χιλιομέτρων. Οι δηλώσεις συμμετοχής θα κλείσουν στις 24/05/2014 στις 22:00.
Όλοι οι αθλητές που θα είναι έγκυρα δηλωμένοι μέχρι τότε θα παραλάβουν τον αριθμό τους με τυπωμένο επάνω το όνομά τους. Θεωρούνται δηλωμένοι και έγκυροι μόνο όσοι έχουν συμπληρώσει πλήρως την δήλωση συμμετοχής και έχουν πληρώσει το αντίστοιχο ποσό. Το κόστος συμμετοχής είναι 30 ευρώ.
Το ποσό συμμετοχής κατατίθεται στους τραπεζικούς λογαριασμούς της Mountain Sports (Μ. Αναστασίου – Α. Καβαλιεράτος Ο.Ε), εντός 2 ημερών. EUROBANK 0026.0182.85.0200605580 GR5302601820000850200605580. ALPHABANK 178002786001754 GR6901401780178002786001754 Μετά τις 2 ημέρες η εγγραφή σας θεωρείται άκυρη. \
Προσοχή. Η κατάθεση θα πρέπει να είναι ονομαστική για να μπορεί να θεωρηθεί ολοκληρωμένη. Τυχόν έξοδα τραπέζης βαρύνουν τον καταθέτη και η συμμετοχή δεν θεωρείται έγκυρη αν το ποσό της κατάθεσης είναι μικρότερο του κόστους συμμετοχής. Εμείς διασταυρώνουμε την σωστή πληρωμή και ενεργοποιούμε την συμμετοχή σας εντός 24 ωρών.
Επιστροφές χρημάτων λόγω ακύρωσης της συμμετοχής είναι δυνατές εφόσον γίνει ενημέρωση έως και 5 ημέρες πριν την διεξαγωγή του αγώνα. Σε περίπτωση ματαίωσης του αγώνα, θα επιστραφεί ακέραιο το αντίτιμο συμμετοχής εντός 30 ημερών. Σε περίπτωση αναβολής του αγώνα, δεν επιστρέφεται το κόστος συμμετοχής. Τις τελευταίες ημέρες πριν τον αγώνα δεν θα γίνει καμία εγγραφή.
Η Ολυμπιακή Απόσταση (ΔΙΑΔΡΟΜΗ Α) περιλαμβάνει 1500 μέτρα κολύμπι στην λίμνη κατόπιν 31,3 χιλιόμετρα ορεινή ποδηλασία(άσφαλτο 90%, χωματόδρομο 10%) και υψομετρική ανάβασης 850μ. και στο τέλος 9,2 χιλιόμετρα ορεινό τρέξιμο(άσφαλτο 40%, χωματόδρομο 60%) με υψομετρική ανάβασης 100μ. χωρίς διάλειμμα χρόνου μεταξύ των αθλημάτων. Έχει συνολικό μήκος αθροιστικά 42 χιλιόμετρα και συνολική θετική υψομετρική διαφορά 960 μέτρα.
Η Sprint απόσταση (ΔΙΑΔΡΟΜΗ Β) περιλαμβάνει 750 μέτρα κολύμπι στην λίμνη κατόπιν 15,2 χιλιόμετρα ορεινή ποδηλασία(άσφαλτο 30%, χωματόδρομο 70%) και υψομετρική ανάβασης 100μ. και στο τέλος 5 χιλιόμετρα ορεινό τρέξιμο(άσφαλτο 40%, χωματόδρομο 60%) με υψομετρική ανάβασης 50μ. χωρίς διάλειμμα χρόνου μεταξύ των αθλημάτων. Έχει συνολικό μήκος αθροιστικά 21 χιλιόμετρα και συνολική θετική υψομετρική διαφορά 150 μέτρα. Υπάρχει η δυνατότητα στον αγώνα να κάνει κάποιος τις διαδρομές ατομικά ή σε ομάδα των δυο ή τριών ατόμων με την μορφή σκυταλοδρομίας.

ΚΑΤΗΓΟΡΙΕΣ/ΑΠΟΝΟΜΕΣ
Το μεσημέρι της Κυριακής θα γίνουν οι απονομές και θα βραβευθούν οι έξι καλύτεροι αθλητές ανά κατηγορία, με κύπελλο ο πρώτος και μετάλλια οι υπόλοιποι. Επίσης θα βραβευτούν οι τρείς καλύτερες ομάδες και θα ακολουθήσει pasta party.

Για να συμπληρωθεί κάθε κατηγορία χρειάζεται να έχει τουλάχιστον 6 συμμετοχές. Εάν αθλητής που ανήκει σε μεγαλύτερη ηλικιακή κατηγορία επιθυμεί να συμμετάσχει σε μικρότερη, επιτρέπεται. Οι μικρότερες κατηγορίες θεωρούνται δυσκολότερες καθώς έχουν εντονότερο ανταγωνισμό. Αυτός είναι και ο λόγος που δεν επιτρέπεται το αντίθετο. Για παράδειγμα, ένας αθλητής που κανονικά ανήκει στην κατηγορία Α2 μπορεί αν επιθυμεί να τρέξει στην κατηγορία Α1. Όμως, ένας αθλητής της Α1 κατηγορίας δεν επιτρέπεται να τρέξει στην Α2 μέχρι να φτάσει στην απαιτούμενη ηλικία. Για να συμπληρωθεί κάθε κατηγορία χρειάζεται να έχει τουλάχιστον 6 συμμετοχές. Σε περίπτωση που δεν συμπληρώνονται οι απαιτούμενες συμμετοχές, οι αθλητές της κατηγορίας αυτής μεταφέρονται στην πλησιέστερη αντίστοιχη κατηγορία.
ΑΝΑΜΝΗΣΤΙΚΑ ΔΙΠΛΩΜΑΤΑ – ΚΛΗΡΩΣΗ ΔΩΡΩΝ
Δίπλωμα συμμετοχής και μετάλλιο δίνεται σε όλους που θα συμμετέχουν στην διοργάνωση. Δώρα των χορηγών θα μοιραστούν σε κλήρωση με τον αριθμό συμμετοχής, μετά το πέρας των απονομών, μεταξύ όσων συμμετείχαν στον αγώνα και παρευρίσκονται στο χώρο.
