Ενίσχυση αθλητικής αυτοπεποίθησης.

Αρκετοί από εμάς έχουμε παρακολουθήσει τόσο τηλεοπτικά όσο και από κοντά προπονητές να ασκούν αρνητική κριτική σε αθλητές, να τους μιλούν με υψηλό τόνο φωνής, κάποιες φορές να τους ειρωνεύονται, να τους υποβιβάζουν και μερικές φορές λεκτικά να παρεκτρέπονται σε τέτοιο σημείο που ίσως θα μπορούσε να ερμηνευτεί ως λεκτική βία.

Εμείς υιοθετούμε την ανθρωποκεντρική/ ουμανιστική φιλοσοφία της προπονητικής όπου θεωρούμε ότι τα παραπάνω είναι μη επιτρεπτά σε μία σύγχρονη κοινωνία και είναι παιδαγωγικά ανεπίτρεπτα.

Αυτό δείχνουν και οι έρευνες καθώς 70-80% των παιδιών σταματούν το αθλητισμό πριν την ενηλικίωσή τους και ο βασικότερος λόγος είναι η συμπεριφορά των προπονητών τους.

Το σημείο αναφοράς στη δική μας προσέγγιση είναι η ενίσχυση της αθλητικής αυτοπεποίθησης που τα θετικά αποτελέσματα από αυτή την προσέγγιση δεν περιορίζονται μόνο στο αθλητικό/ τριαθλητικό πλαίσιο αλλά συνοδεύουν τους αθλητές μας και στην προσωπική τους, κοινωνική τους αλλά και επαγγελματική τους ζωή.
