2nd TRIMORE SwimRunHydra 2019!

Το 2018, αυτό το νεοεμφανιζόμενο και παράξενο σπορ, τάραξε τα νερά του ελληνικού αθλητισμού και των MultisportEvents. Το 2019, όλοι ανυπομονούν να γίνουν κομμάτι μιας ξεχωριστής, πλούσιας  και δυναμικής εμπειρίας, σ’ έναν ιδιαίτερα όμορφο και ξεχωριστό τόπο της Ελλάδος.

 

Το τριήμερο 15-17  Νοεμβρίου 2019,  ο Δήμος Υδραίων, ο Yδραϊκός Ναυτικός Όμιλος και η TRIMORE, διοργανώνουν στο μαγευτικό και ιστορικό νησί του Αργοσαρωνικού, στο πλαίσιο του TRIMORE Multispots TOUR, το 2ο TRIMORE SwimRunHydra. Ένα event αλλιώτικο απ’ τα’ άλλα!

 

Το SwimRun είναι ένας αγώνας με πολλές εναλλαγές και με συμμετοχή αθλητών σε ζευγάρια, οι οποίοι διαγωνίζονται σε εκτός δρόμου διαδρομές τρεξίματος και κολύμβησης Ανοικτής Θαλάσσης, με συνεχείς εναλλαγές από το ένα άθλημα στο άλλο.. κυριολεκτικά δεμένοι!!!

 

To 2018 στην Ύδρα οι 50 πρώτοι και τολμηροί SwimRunners, κορυφαίοι αθλητές και λάτρεις του αθλητισμού, αψήφησαν τις δύσκολες καιρικές συνθήκες και στάθηκαν στην εκκίνηση δεμένοι μεταξύ τους ανά δύο με το ελαστικό σκοινί. Στη φετινή διοργάνωση αναμένεται ρεκόρ συμμετοχών ενώ έχει σχεδιαστεί η πραγματοποίηση δύο αποστάσεων:

 

– Initiation to SwimRun 9,4 (Swim 0,6k | Run 4k | Swim 0,9k | Run 3,9k) και

– Core distance SwimRun 23,6 (Swim 1,5k | Run 5,5k | Swim 1,7k | Run 7,8k | Swim 2,6k | Run 4,5k)

 

Το κάθε ζευγάρι θα πρέπει να τρέξει όλο τον αγώνα και να τερματίσει ενωμένο, δεμένο με το ειδικό ελαστικό σχοινί που θα δοθεί από την διοργάνωση και χρησιμοποιώντας τον ατομικό υδατοστεγανό πλωτήρα. Το wetsuit είναι υποχρεωτικό, καθώς επίσης το σκουφάκι κολύμβησης και το ειδικό μπλουζάκι της διοργάνωσης (που αποτελεί και το BibNumber του ζευγαριού).

 

Οι αθλητές μπορούν να κολυμπήσουν με συγκεκριμένα βοηθήματα που επιτρέπονται, όπως paddles (χεράκια) ή pullbuoy (βαρελάκι) και να φορούν παπούτσια κατά το τρέξιμο. Δεν επιτρέπονται φουσκωτά βοηθήματα τα οποία δεν παρέχονται από τον διοργανωτή. Ωστόσο, θα πρέπει ότι εξοπλισμό χρησιμοποιούν σε οποιοδήποτε από τα δύο αθλήματα να τον έχουν μαζί τους καθ’ όλη την διάρκεια του αγώνα και να τερματίσουν με αυτόν.

 

Οι εγγραφές έχουν ήδη ανοίξει, και τα πρώτα ζευγάρια έχουν από νωρίς προεγγραφεί και πλέον μετατρέψει την προεγγραφή τους σε συμμετοχή!

 

Οι λάτρεις των Multisportevents μετρούν αντίστροφα για τη  2η διοργάνωση, έτοιμοι να κολυμπήσουν στα νερά της Ύδρας και να τρέξουν στα μοναδικά μονοπάτια και καλντερίμια του νησιού.  Οι φιλόδοξοι SwimRunners μπορούν να κάνουν την εγγραφή τους στο https://www.trimore.gr/el/dj-events/swim-run-hydra και να εκμεταλλευτούν μέχρι 21 Ιουλίου 2019 την early bird τιμή.

 

Μια γιορτή για όλο το νησί

 

Με επίκεντρο την αγωνιστική δράση του Σαββάτου, πρόκειται να στηθεί -βασισμένη στη φιλοσοφία τουTRIMORE Multisports TOUR– μια γιορτή αθλητισμού και ψυχαγωγίας για όλη την οικογένεια/παρέα όλο το Σαββατοκύριακο.

 

Οι μικροί φίλοι θα δοκιμάσουν τις ικανότητες του στο Lazer Run(αγωνίσματα του Μοντέρνου Πεντάθλου), στα Kids Running Relays, στο σκάκι σε παράλληλα γήπεδα, στην ποδηλατική βραδυπορία. Η Νυχτερινή Πεζοπορία για μικρούς και μεγάλους έχει στόχο να αθληθούμε και να αγαπήσουμε το νησί και την ήπια – περιηγητική εκγύμναση. Η διαδρομή είναι περίπου 5 χλμ και ακολουθεί χαραγμένο ήδη μονοπάτι με την βοήθεια των δρομέων του νησιού που γνωρίζουν τα “κατατόπια”.

Αθλητές και θεατές θα δοκιμάσουν την εμπειρία του SUP μέσα στο μοναδικής ομορφιάς λιμάνι του νησιού. Η Μαρία Μαγκανάρη και η Μαρία Μανολάκη θα μας μυήσουν για μια ακόμη φορά, στον υπέροχο κόσμο της yoga για αθλητές, παιδιά και πρωτάρηδες!
