ΔΕΛΤΙΟ ΤΥΠΟΥ 1/2016

Το Δ.Σ της ΠΟΠΑ σε συνεδρίασή του στις 5 Απριλίου 2016, αποφάσισε τα παρακάτω :
1. Επιτέλους αποκαταστάθηκε η νομιμότητα με την ψήφιση των διατάξεων που περιέχονται στον νόμο 4373/2016 και συγκεκριμένα την αναγνώριση και αποδοχή από την Γ.Γ.Α. των πτυχίων ειδίκευσης του ποδοσφαίρου των ΤΕΦΑΑ χωρίς την «εξέταση – έλεγχο» από την UEFA με την λογική του αυτοδιοίκητου.
Η ΠΟΠΑ είχε επισημάνει εδώ και καιρό αυτόν τον ανεπίτρεπτο υποβιβασμό της αξίας των Ελληνικών Πανεπιστημιακών πτυχίων ειδικότητας.
2. Θεωρεί απαράδεκτη και αντικανονική απόφαση της Ευρωπαϊκής Ένωσης Τάεκβοντο να αποκλείσει την Ελληνική Ομοσπονδία από διεθνείς διοργανώσεις επειδή η Ελληνική Πολιτεία, το ίδιο το Ελληνικό κράτος δια του πλέον αρμόδιου οργάνου του, την Γ.Γ.Α, δεν αναγνωρίζει κάποια “διπλώματα προπονητών” που αποκτήθηκαν σε “σχολές – σεμινάρια” με αμφισβητούμενου επιστημονικού κύρους πρόγραμμα μαθημάτων , που διοργάνωσε η Ευρωπαϊκή Ένωση Τάεκβοντο σε συνεργασία με την Ελληνική Ομοσπονδία Τάεκβοντο.
Καλεί την Γ.Γ.Α να μην υποκύψει σε τέτοιου είδους «πιέσεις» και να προχωρήσει σε πιο αυστηρούς ελέγχους των διπλωμάτων προπονητών που προέρχονται από διάφορες «σχολές» του εξωτερικού, διότι έχουμε διαπιστώσει ότι προσκομίζονται για απόκτηση άδειας άσκησης επαγγέλματος προπονητή πτυχία που υπολείπονται των προγραμμάτων σπουδών των Ελληνικών σχολών προπονητών και δεν πληρούν τους όρους του νόμου για την αναγνώριση ισοτιμίας τίτλων προπονητών που έχουν αποκτηθεί στο εξωτερικό.
Η ΠΟΠΑ συνεχίζει να ζητάει από την πολιτεία την γενικότερη αλλαγή του καθεστώτος λειτουργίας των σχολών προπονητών και την ποιοτική αναβάθμισή τους σύμφωνα με τις γραπτές προτάσεις που έχει καταθέσει για να εκλείψει το ισχύον απαράδεκτο σύστημα των σχολών της Γ.Γ.Α .
Χρειάζεται επιτέλους να υπάρξει ένας επιστημονικά ορθός και νομικά ενιαίος τρόπος λειτουργίας σχολών προπονητών στην Ευρωπαϊκή Ένωση, καθώς και καθορισμός όμοιων επιπέδων προπονητών.
Η Ομοσπονδία μας θα είναι συμπαραστάτης και συνεργάτης της Πολιτείας δια μέσου των καθ’ ύλην αρμοδίων οργάνων της, σε κάθε απόφαση για την αναβάθμιση του ρόλου του Έλληνα προπονητή αλλά και θα κρίνει αυστηρά τις όποιες τυχόν λανθασμένες αποφάσεις προκύψουν στο μέλλον.
