5η η Εθνική πίστας των Εφήβων
στο Ευρωπαϊκό Πρωτάθλημα
ΠΟΛΥ ΚΑΛΗ ΕΜΦΑΝΙΣΗ ΑΠΟ ΕΥΔΟΚΙΜΙΔΗ, ΑΝΤΩΝΟΠΟΥΛΟ, ΧΑΛΚΙΟΠΟΥΛΟ
Άλλη μια διεθνής επιτυχία για την ελληνική ποδηλασία. Η Εθνική μας ομάδα πίστας των εφήβων, κατέκτησε την 5η θέση στο αγώνισμα του Ομαδικού Σπριντ, στην Ανάντια της Πορτογαλίας, στην πρεμιέρα του Πανευρωπαϊκού Πρωταθλήματος πίστας Νέων, Εφήβων και Νεανίδων. Μάλιστα για 64 χιλιοστά του δευτερολέπτου έχασε την ευκαιρία να διεκδικήσει στον μικρό τελικό το χάλκινο μετάλλιο. Η ομάδα μας αγωνίστηκε με τους Αλέξανδρο Ευδοκιμίδη, Αναστάσιο Αντωνόπουλο, Μιχάλη Χαλκιόπουλο και έδειξε ότι το μέλλον της ανήκει.
Νικήτρια του αγωνίσματος αναδείχθηκε η Ρωσία και ακολούθησαν Πολωνία και Γαλλία.
Στη 10η θέση του αγωνίσματος της ταχύτητας κατετάγη η Ειρήνη Βάσσου, κάνοντας κι αυτή ένα επιτυχημένο ντεμπούτο σε διεθνείς διοργανώσεις, χάνοντας την ευκαιρία να περάσει στους προημιτελικούς του αγωνίσματος στα ρεπεσάζ, λόγω απειρίας.
Στην Πορτογαλία βρίσκεται η αποστολή των Εθνικών μας ομάδων πίστας, με τους 10 συνολικά:

Οι αγώνες του Ευρωπαϊκού Πρωταθλήματος ποδηλασίας πίστας Νέων, Εφήβων και Νεανίδων, συνεχίζονται στην Ανάντια (Πορτογαλία) και θα ολοκληρωθούν την Κυριακή (27 Ιουλίου).
