“1st Olympus Duathlon” Cycle & run with the Gods!

 

 

Την Κυριακή 9 Σεπτεμβρίου 2018 η «Cycling Hellas»  ο  ΠΑΣ ΠΗΝΕΙΟΣ  και ο Δήμος  Δίου Ολύμπου -Δημοτικό διαμέρισμα  Λεπτοκαρυάς συνδιοργανώνουν  τον  αγώνα διάθλου με την επωνυμία «1st Olympus Duathlon» στο Μυθικό  βουνό τον Όλυμπο.

Σκοπός της διοργάνωσης είναι αφενός η ανάδειξη του αισθητικού κάλλους της περιοχής του Ολύμπου, αφετέρου η ανάδειξη και προώθηση της αθλήματος της ποδηλασίας και του ορεινού τρεξίματος.

Ημερομηνία: Κυριακή 9  Σεπτεμβρίου 2018

Τόπος: Ανατολικός  Όλυμπος

Αγώνισμα: Δίαθλο (ποδήλατο- ορεινό τρέξιμο)

Ηλικιακές κατηγορίες αγώνα: Για το ατομικό: Άνδρες έως 29, 30+ έως 49, 50+, Γυναίκες  μια κατηγορία. Για το ομαδικό  (ζεύγη ανδρών), (ζεύγη γυναικών), μικτές ομάδες (άνδρας- γυναίκα) χωρίς όριο ηλικίας.

Ώρα εκκίνησης: 11:00μμ όλων των κατηγοριών.

Αφετερία-τερματισμός: 

Προεκκίνηση από Λεπτοκαρυά  (30μ. υψ.)- Καφέ  “Velo” (Ι. Μεταξά 24)

Ζώνη αλλαγής στο Σταυρό ( 940μ. υψ.),

Τερματισμός στο Σταυρό (940μ.υψ.).

▪ O αγώνας διεξάγεται σε ανηφορική διαδρομή απόστασης  20χ λμ.  για το ποδήλατο και 17 χιλιομέτρων για το ορεινό τρέξιμο. Είναι αγώνας σκυταλοδρομίας, κάθε  αθλητή της ομάδας  κάνει από ένα σκέλος του διάθλου και ατομικός, ο αθλητής   ολοκληρώνει τον αγώνα τρέχοντας  και στα δύο αγωνίσματα. Στο σκέλος της ποδηλασίας θα επιτραπεί κάθε είδος ποδηλάτου  ΜΤΒ  ή Δρόμου ή ΤΤ, αρκεί φυσικά να πληροί τις προδιαγραφές ασφαλείας.

▪ Ο  αγώνας διεξάγεται υπό την αιγίδα της Ελληνικής Ομοσπονδίας Πεντάθλου.

▪ Στο ποδηλατικό μέρος ο αγώνας διεξάγεται σύμφωνα με τους κανονισμούς της Ελληνικής Ομοσπονδίας Ποδηλασίας και σύμφωνα με τους κανονισμούς εξοπλισμού των συμμετεχόντων.

 

ΚΑΝΟΝΙΣΜΟΙ-ΟΡΟΙ ΣΥΜΜΕΤΟΧΗΣ : Δικαίωμα συμμετοχής έχουν όλοι οι αθλητές άνω των 16 ετών που θα συμπληρώσουν τη σχετική φόρμα συμμετοχής.

Οι αθλητές συμμετέχουν στον αγώνα  με δική τους ευθύνη.

Οι αγωνιζόμενοι  συμπληρώνοντας τη φόρμα εγγραφής, δηλώνουν ότι γνωρίζουν τους κινδύνους που υπάρχουν στο ορεινό περιβάλλον και βεβαιώνουν ότι η κατάσταση της υγείας τους είναι καλή και τους επιτρέπει να αγωνιστούν, έχουν δε πρόσφατα εξεταστεί από γιατρό γι αυτό το θέμα.

Η διοργάνωση δεν ευθύνεται για τον τραυματισμό ή οποιαδήποτε βλάβη της υγείας των αγωνιζομένων ή  για τυχόν προβλήματα υγείας , οφειλόμενα σε έλλειψη προληπτικού ιατρικού ελέγχου.

Η διοργάνωση αποποιείται κάθε ευθύνη σχετικά με τη σωματική ακεραιότητα των αθλητών, οι οποίοι θα πρέπει να συμπεριφερθούν υπεύθυνα σε σημεία της διαδρομής όπου ο κίνδυνος πτώσης με δυσάρεστα ή μοιραία αποτελέσματα είναι αυξημένος.

Η διοργάνωση δε φέρει ουδεμία ευθύνη για οποιοδήποτε απώλεια ή καταστροφή υλικού και δε φέρει  ουδεμία ευθύνη για τραυματισμό  οποιουδήποτε   συμμετέχει στον αγώνα, με οποιαδήποτε ιδιότητα.

*Συστήνεται στους συμμετέχοντες να έχουν υποβληθεί πρόσφατα σε ιατρική εξέταση. Από τους διοργανωτές  δε θα ζητηθεί  ιατρική βεβαίωση, αφού όλοι οι συμμετέχοντες αγωνίζονται με δική τους αποκλειστική ευθύνη και το δηλώνουν στη φόρμα εγγραφής.

*Οι  ανήλικοι κάτω των 18 ετών που επιθυμούν να συμμετέχουν, τρέχουν  με ευθύνη των κηδεμόνων τους προσκομίζοντας επιπλέον και υπεύθυνη δήλωση που το δηλώνουν, την οποία παραδίδουν στην Γραμματεία του αγώνα. Δεν θα γίνεται δεκτός αθλητής  ανήλικος  χωρίς υπεύθυνη δήλωση κηδεμόνα.

* Η διοργάνωση διατηρεί το δικαίωμα να αποβάλλει κάθε συμμετέχοντα που επιδεικνύει κακή συμπεριφορά πριν, κατά ή μετά την εκδήλωση.

* Αποκλεισμός θα επιβάλλεται στους αθλητές  οι οποίοι θα πετούν σκουπίδια εκτός των ζωνών τροφοδοσίας.

* Η διοργάνωση διατηρεί το δικαίωμα χωρίς πρόβλημα να χρησιμοποιήσει φωτογραφίες και βίντεο όπου εμφανίζεται οποιοσδήποτε συμμετέχοντας αθλητής.

*Οι μετέχοντες στον αγώνα (αθλητές – συνοδοί) αποδέχονται τους παρόντες κανονισμούς  και είναι υποχρεωμένοι να τους  τηρήσουν.

 

ΟΡΟΙ  ΠΡΟΣΤΑΣΙΑΣ ΠΡΟΣΩΠΙΚΩΝ ΔΕΔΟΜΕΝΩΝ: Οι αθλητές με τη συμμετοχή τους συναινούν και έχουν γνώση ότι τα στοιχεία τους δηλαδή το ονοματεπώνυμο  η ηλικιακή κατηγορία και η ομάδα στην οποία ανήκουν, μπορούν και εμφανίζονται στην ιστοσελίδα: www.cyclinghellas.gr  .  Η Cyclinghellas δεσμεύεται ότι προορίζονται αποκλειστικά και μόνο για την εξασφάλιση ταυτοπροσωπίας, τη σωστή ενημέρωση των επισκεπτών του ιστότοπου και την όσο το δυνατόν καλύτερη επικοινωνία. Άλλα στοιχεία όπως όνομα πατρός, ημερομηνία γέννησης, τηλέφωνα, και η ηλεκτρονική σας διεύθυνση, δηλώνονται εθελοντικά και παραμένουν αποκλειστικά για εμπιστευτική χρήση της Cyclinghellas, δε δημοσιοποιούνται για οποιοδήποτε λόγο. Καμιά άλλη χρήση,  ή παραχώρηση ή μεταβίβαση ή διανομή, ή κοινοποίηση σε τρίτο πρόσωπο δεν πρόκειται να γίνει από την Cyclinghellas.

ΔΗΛΩΣΕΙΣ ΣΥΜΜΕΤΟΧΗΣ: Οι δηλώσεις συμμετοχής όλων των κατηγοριών  ανοίγουν 20 Ιουλίου και θα πρέπει να έχουν κατατεθεί μέχρι  τις 20 Αυγούστου ώρα 23:00μμ.

ΕΓΓΡΑΦΗ -ΠΑΡΑΛΑΒΗ ΠΑΚΕΤΩΝ: Στην Γραμματεία του αγώνα την Κυριακή από 9:00 π.μ. έως 10:30 μ.μ.

*Οι αθλητές που επιθυμούν να έχουν στο χώρο του τερματισμού κάποιο σακίδιο θα πρέπει να το παραδώσουν στη Γραμματεία έως τις 10:30πμ ώστε να μεταφερθεί στον τερματισμό στο Σταυρό.

ΤΕΧΝΙΚΗ ΕΝΗΜΕΡΩΣΗ:

 

Τεχνικό Συνέδριο:

Για τους αθλητές που θα βρίσκονται από το Σάββατο στην περιοχή της Λεπτοκαρυάς  θα πραγματοποιηθεί   στις 7.00μμ Τεχνικό Συνέδριο στο καφέ

«VELO» Ιωάννη Μεταξά 24 όπου θα δοθούν οι φάκελοι με τα νούμερα των αθλητών και θα γίνει τεχνική ενημέρωση.

Την Κυριακή στις 10:45 πμ στο χώρο της εκκίνησης του αγώνα θα γίνει ξανά σύντομη τεχνική ενημέρωση.

Οι αθλητές μπορούν να αναλύσουν κ να μελετήσουν τη διαδρομή στη www.cyclinghellas.gr

Τεχνικές επισημάνσεις:

1)      Το κράνος στο σκέλος της ποδηλασίας είναι υποχρεωτικό για όλες τις κατηγορίες και για κάθε συμμετέχοντα..

2)      Μπορεί να υπάρξουν ομάδες 2 ατόμων (δρομέας και ποδηλάτης). Ο αρχηγός της ομάδας παραλαμβάνει από τη Γραμματεία το κοινό αγωνιστικό υλικό και για τους δύο αθλητές της ομάδας του.

3)      Τα ποδήλατα θα πρέπει να έχουν τοποθετηθεί στην περιοχή αλλαγών μέχρι και 15 λεπτά πριν την εκκίνηση του αγώνα.

4)      Ο αριθμός του αθλητή πρέπει να φαίνεται πίσω δεξιά κατά τη διάρκεια της ποδηλασίας και σε εμφανές σημείο στο μπροστινό μέρος του σώματος κατά τη διάρκεια του τρεξίματος. Ο αθλητής οφείλει να τερματίσει με τον αριθμό.

5)      Για τα μέλη της ομάδας: Ο ποδηλάτης τοποθετεί το αυτοκόλλητο με τον αριθμό στο κράνος, εμπρός,  δεξιά και τοποθετεί το νούμερο στο παλουκόσελο του ποδηλάτου. Ο αθλητής τρεξίματος τοποθετεί το τσιπάκι στο αθλητικό παπούτσι. Ομάδα που οποιοδήποτε μέλος της κινείται ή τερματίζει χωρίς αριθμό ή  το τσιπ χρονομέτρησης θα ακυρώνεται.

6)      Για το ατομικό(solo): Ο αθλητής τοποθετεί το αυτοκόλλητο με τον αριθμό στο κράνος, εμπρός δεξιά, τοποθετεί το νούμερο στο παλουκόσελο του ποδηλάτου και έχει έτοιμο στα αθλητικά παπούτσια το τσιπάκι του.  Στην περίπτωση  που κινείται χωρίς αριθμούς θα βγαίνει εκτός αγώνα.

7)      Κρατάτε την περιοχή αλλαγών καθαρή με όλα τα αντικείμενα σας μέσα στο καλάθι! Έχετε δικαίωμα να έχετε μόνο ένα ζευγάρι παπούτσια εκτός καλαθιού.

8)      Η αλλαγή από ποδηλασία στο τρέξιμο γίνονται εντός περιοχής αλλαγών δίπλα στο ποδήλατο του ποδηλάτη της ομάδας.

9)      Οι αθλητές περνούν υποχρεωτικά από όλα τα σημεία ελέγχου (στο Σταυρό και στη Κορομηλιά) και καταγράφονται.

Χιλιομετρικές Ενδείξεις:

Ανά τακτά χιλιόμετρα διαδρομής του αγώνα θα υπάρχει χιλιομετρική ένδειξη.

ΑΝΕΦΟΔΙΑΣΜΟΣ:

* 5 σταθμοί υδροδοσίας: στην εκκίνηση, στα μισά της ποδηλατικής διαδρομής, στη ζώνη αλλαγής στο Σταυρό, στη μέση της διαδρομής τρεξίματος, στον τερματισμό.

4 σταθμοί ανεφοδιασμού: στην εκκίνηση, στη ζώνη αλλαγής στο Σταυρό, στη μέση της διαδρομής τρεξίματος, στον τερματισμό.

ΑΠΟΝΟΜΕΣ: Οι απονομέs των νικητών του αγώνα θα διεξαχθούν στον χώρο του Ναυτικού Μουσείου στο Λιτόχωρο. Απαραίτητη η παρουσία των νικητών στις απονομές.

ΕΠΑΘΛΑ: Στον 1ο νικητή κάθε κατηγορίας, θα απονεμηθούν κύπελλο, μετάλλιο και δίπλωμα , στους 2ο -3ο μετάλλιο και δίπλωμα.

ΠΑΡΟΧΕΣ ΤΟΥ ΑΓΩΝΑ:

  1. αναμνηστικό  τεχνικό μπλουζάκι με λόγκο του αγώνα για όσους δηλώσουν μέχρι τις 20 Αυγούστου,
  2. αναμνηστικό μετάλλιο για όλους με τα διακριτικά του αγώνα,
  3. νούμερο του αγώνα ως αναμνηστικό,
  4. Ανεφοδιασμός υδροδοσία στην εκκίνηση,
  5. Υδροδοσία στα μισά χλμ της ποδηλατικής διαδρομής των 20χλμ,
  6. υδροδοσία και ανεφοδιασμός στη ζώνη αλλαγής στο  Σταυρό,
  7. υδροδοσία και ανεφοδιασμός στην διαδρομή τρεξίματος,
  8. υδροδοσία και φρούτο στον τερματισμό,
  9. παροχή ιατρικών υπηρεσιών όχημα και ιατρός  ΕΚΑΒ,
  10. όχημα για τη μεταφορά των σακιδίων από εκκίνηση στον τερματισμό,
  11. ειδική προσφορά σε ξενοδοχεία και δωμάτια στη Λεπτοκαρυά.

ΠΡΩΤΕΣ ΒΟΗΘΕΙΕΣ: Ιατρός, όχημα ΕΚΑΒ και ομάδα Διάσωσης  θα βρίσκεται στο χώρο του αγώνα.

ΟΙΚΟΝΟΜΙΚΟΙ ΟΡΟΙ: Οι αθλητές  που θα συμπληρώσουν τη ηλεκτρονική φόρμα για την συμμετοχή τους στον αγώνα, για να είναι έγκυρη η συμμετοχή τους θα πρέπει να είναι οικονομικά τακτοποιημένοι. Το κόστος συμμετοχής για την ατομική συμμετοχή στις κατηγορίες Ανδρών – Γυναικών είναι 30 ευρώ και για την ομαδική συμμετοχή (σκυταλοδρομία) είναι 45 ευρώ/ζευγος Η κατάθεση των χρηματικών ποσών θα γίνει στην Τράπεζα Πειραιώς στο λογαριασμό: IBAN: GR30 0172 6080 0056 0806 2675 523 στο όνομα Δαλαβίκας Κώστας/ Τσεσμετζίδου Δέσποινα, αναγράφοντας το ονοματεπώνυμο καταθέτη και την επωνυμία του αγώνα.

*Σε περίπτωσης ακύρωσης της συμμετοχής από τον  αθλητή δεν επιστρέφεται το χρηματικό ποσό.

ΡΥΘΜΙΣΗ ΑΠΡΟΒΛΕΠΤΩΝ: Οι διοργανωτές διατηρούν το δικαίωμα τροποποίησης της παρούσας προκήρυξης, για ότι δεν προβλέπεται ή και για οποιαδήποτε μεταβολή. Σε κάθε περίπτωση θα υπάρξει έγκαιρη ενημέρωση των αθλητών από την ιστοσελίδα και τα social media της διοργάνωσης. Για οτιδήποτε δεν προβλέπεται από την προκήρυξη, αποφασίζει επί τόπου η Οργανωτικής Επιτροπή η οποία έχει το δικαίωμα τροποποίησης του  αγώνα.

ΜΑΤΑΙΩΣΗ-ΑΝΑΒΟΛΗ-ΤΡΟΠΟΠΟΙΗΣΗ: Σε περίπτωση ιδιαίτερα ακραίων καιρικών συνθηκών, η διοργάνωση διατηρεί το δικαίωμα αναβολής ή και ματαίωσης του αγώνα. Σε περίπτωση ακύρωσης του αγώνα από τη διοργάνωση θα επιστραφεί το 100% του ποσού που καταβλήθηκε από τους συμμετέχοντες.

ΠΟΙΝΕΣ: Οι αγωνιζόμενοι που δεν θα έχουν περάσει από όλα τα σημεία ελέγχου θα ακυρωθούν και τα ονόματά τους θα αφαιρεθούν από τον πίνακα αποτελεσμάτων.

Αποκλεισμός προβλέπεται και για εκούσια ρίψη ανόργανων σκουπιδιών (συσκευασίες από μη ανακυκλώσιμο υλικό).

Ενστάσεις – Αποτελέσματα -Ενστάσεις γίνονται δεκτές εντός 15 λεπτών από τον τερματισμό, μόνο απ’ τον αθλητή αυτοπροσώπως, εγγράφως σε κάποιο από τα μέλη της οργανωτικής επιτροπής.

-Τα επίσημα αποτελέσματα ανακοινώνονται άμεσα στο site www.cyclinghellas.gr

καθώς θα υπάρχει ηλεκτρονική χρονομέτρηση,. Στο site  και στο https://www.facebook.com/Olympus.Duathlon/   θα αναρτηθεί φωτογραφικό υλικό διοργάνωσης και το δελτίο τύπου τύπου του αγώνα.
