Λειτουργική Διαχείριση Τραυματισμών σε Αθλητές και Ασκούμενους
Με οδηγό τη μακρόχρονη και επιτυχημένη εμπειρία του ΣΕΦΑΑ ΔΠΘ σε μεταπτυχιακά προγράμματα, σχεδιάστηκε και υλοποιείται ένα νέο Πρόγραμμα Μεταπτυχιακών Σπουδών με αντικείμενο τη «ΛΕΙτουργική ΔΙΑχείριση Τραυματισμών σε Αθλητές και Ασκούμενους» (ΛΕΙΔΙΑΤΑΑ), το οποίο θα λειτουργήσει από το ακαδημαϊκό έτος 2017-2018 (ΦΕΚ 2011/ τ.Β’/4.7.2016΄).
Σκοπός
Σκοπός του ΛΕΙΔΙΑΤΑΑ είναι όχι μόνο να μεταφέρει τις σύγχρονες τάσεις της διεθνούς επιστημονικής κοινότητας στη λειτουργική διαχείριση τραυματισμών αλλά και να τις εφαρμόσει πρακτικά στο πεδίο της άσκησης. Για την υλοποίησή του ενσωματώνονται σύγχρονα τεχνικά μέσα, μέσα από ένα ειδικό πρόγραμμα που συνδυάζει την εντατική φοίτηση με την εξ’ αποστάσεως εκπαίδευση. Η εκπαιδευτική διαδικασία σε όλα τα μαθήματα απαιτεί εντατική φοίτηση, άλλοτε με δια ζώσης διδασκαλία και άλλοτε από απόσταση, δηλαδή χωρίς τη φυσική παρουσία του φοιτητή.
Το παρόν Μεταπτυχιακό Πρόγραμμα απευθύνεται σε επαγγελματίες της άσκησης και της υγείας οι οποίοι:
- επιθυμούν να γνωρίσουν και να εμβαθύνουν στις γνώσεις τους στο αντικείμενο της λειτουργικής άσκησης ως μέσο πρόληψης μυοσκελετικών προβλημάτων
- επιθυμούν εξειδίκευση στη λειτουργική διαχείριση τραυματισμών με έμφαση στο πεδίο της άσκησης
- έχουν ήδη αυξημένες επαγγελματικές υποχρεώσεις και αδυνατούν να παρακολουθήσουν ένα Πρόγραμμα που απαιτεί μόνο φυσική παρουσία.
Για να δούμε μια ματιά στον σχεδιασμό του προγράμματος και τι ακριβώς προσφέρει.
Χαρακτηριστικά και καινοτομίες
Το Μεταπτυχιακό πρόγραμμα ΛΕΙτουργική ΔΙΑχείριση Τραυματισμών σε Αθλητές και Ασκούμενους είναι ένα καινοτόμο πρόγραμμα διότι:
Εισάγει για πρώτη φορά στη χώρα μας τη λειτουργική άσκηση σε μεταπτυχιακό επίπεδο σπουδών συνδυάζοντας την εντατική φοίτηση με την εκπαίδευση από απόσταση.
Δίνει έμφαση από την αρχή του προγράμματος και σε όλη τη διάρκειά του στην εφαρμογή προγραμμάτων λειτουργικής άσκησης όχι μόνο σε ασκούμενους αλλά και σε τραυματισμένους αθλητές.
Είναι εντατικό πρόγραμμα που απαιτεί: υλοποίηση υποχρεώσεων 8 μαθημάτων σε ένα ακαδημαϊκό έτος και ένα εξάμηνο πρακτικής εφαρμογής ή επιστημονικής διατριβής (επιλογή υποψηφίου)
Δίνει τη δυνατότητα στον υποψήφιο της επιλογής είτε επαγγελματικής εξειδίκευσης (μέσω της πρακτικής άσκησης) είτε ερευνητικής κατεύθυνσης μέσω εκπόνησης επιστημονικής διατριβής
Οι υποψήφιοι του προγράμματος έχουν την επιλογή α) να προσαρμόσουν ένα μέρος της φοίτησης σε χρονικές περιόδους που ταιριάζουν στο πρόγραμμά τους β) να παρακολουθούν μαθήματα και να υλοποιούν δράσεις (πρακτική άσκηση ή επιστημονική διατριβή)από τον τόπο διαμονής τους, χωρίς να απαιτείται η φυσική τους παρουσία στον τόπο διεξαγωγής του προγράμματος .
Συνδέει άμεσα τα ερευνητικά δεδομένα με την εφαρμογή τους στους χώρους της άσκησης.
Υποστηρίζεται από ένα πλήθος επιστημονικών εντύπων και ηλεκτρονικών πηγών βιβλιογραφίας, από εργαστηριακά μαθήματα και ένα άρτιο δίκτυο ηλεκτρονικών υπολογιστών, δίνοντας τη δυνατότητα πρόσβασης σε αυτά στους μεταπτυχιακούς φοιτητές από περιοχές εκτός πανεπιστημίου.
Το πρόγραμμα σπουδών, οι διδάσκοντες και οι διδασκόμενοι υπόκεινται σ’ ένα διαρκές σύστημα αξιολόγησης και συνεργάζονται στη διδασκαλία και την έρευνα με αξιολογημένα Πανεπιστήμια του εξωτερικού.
Τόπος διεξαγωγής και υποδομή
Το πρόγραμμα υλοποιείται στις εγκαταστάσεις του ΣΕΦΑΑ του Δημοκριτείου Πανεπιστήμιου Θράκης και απαιτεί φυσική παρουσία για το 10% του συνολικού χρόνου εκπαίδευσης ενώ η υπόλοιπη εκπαιδευτική διαδικασία ολοκληρώνεται με τη μέθοδο εξ’ αποστάσεως εκπαίδευσης. Ο συνολικός χρόνος εντατικής φοίτησης είναι ένα ακαδημαϊκό έτος.
Αναλυτικότερα οι απαιτήσεις του προγράμματος είναι:
Α΄ ΕΞΑΜΗΝΟ – ΕΝΤΑΤΙΚΩΝ ΜΑΘΗΜΑΤΩΝ :
Ένα τριήμερο του Νοεμβρίου κάθε έτους (Παρασκευή Σάββατο Κυριακή) πραγματοποιείται δια ζώσης διδασκαλία με φυσική παρουσία όλων στον τόπο διεξαγωγής του προγράμματος. Οι υπόλοιπες διαλέξεις διεξάγονται με τη μέθοδο της εκπαίδευσης από απόσταση (βιντεοσκοπημένες διαλέξεις, ασύγχρονες διαλέξεις και σύγχρονες συζητήσεις (forum)) καθ’ όλη τη διάρκεια του εξαμήνου. Οι εξετάσεις του χειμερινού εξαμήνου πραγματοποιούνται το πρώτο δεκαπενθήμερο του Φεβρουαρίου (μέθοδος εξ’ αποστάσεως).
Β΄ ΕΞΑΜΗΝΟ ΕΝΤΑΤΙΚΩΝ ΜΑΘΗΜΑΤΩΝ :
Ένα τριήμερο του Μαΐου κάθε έτους (Παρασκευή Σάββατο Κυριακή) πραγματοποιείται δια ζώσης διδασκαλία με φυσική παρουσία όλων στον τόπο διεξαγωγής του προγράμματος). Οι υπόλοιπες διαλέξεις διεξάγονται με τη μέθοδο της εκπαίδευσης από απόσταση (βιντεοσκοπημένες διαλέξεις, ασύγχρονες διαλέξεις και σύγχρονες συζητήσεις (forum)) καθ’ όλη τη διάρκεια του εξαμήνου. Οι εξετάσεις του εαρινού εξαμήνου πραγματοποιούνται το πρώτο δεκαπενθήμερο του Ιουνίου (μέθοδος εξ’ αποστάσεως).
Γ΄ ΕΞΑΜΗΝΟ
Ο υποψήφιος επιλέγει είτε την εκπόνηση Μεταπτυχιακής Διατριβής είτε την παρακολούθηση/ολοκλήρωση της Πρακτικής Άσκησης –.
Οι δράσεις αυτές μπορούν να υλοποιηθούν είτε στον τόπο διεξαγωγής του προγράμματος (ΤΕΦΑΑ Κομοτηνής) είτε σε τόπο επιλογής του υποψηφίου- και καταλαμβάνουν όλο το Γ’ εξάμηνο, με την προϋπόθεση ότι ο υποψήφιος θα έχει ολοκληρώσει τις υποχρεώσεις του σε 6 μαθήματα των πρώτων 2 εξαμήνων (παρακολούθηση και επιτυχή εξέταση).
Κύκλος μαθημάτων από απόσταση:
Τα μαθήματα με τη μέθοδο της εκπαίδευσης από απόσταση (βιντεοσκοπημένες, ασύγχρονες και σύγχρονες συζητήσεις (forum)) πραγματοποιούνται καθ’ όλη τη διάρκεια του εκπαιδευτικού έτους. Αναλυτικότερα:
Βιντεοσκοπημένες διαλέξεις
Με την μέθοδο αυτή η διάλεξη η οποία είναι βιντεοσκοπημένη, μπορεί να παρακολουθηθεί κατά την διάρκεια της εβδομάδας παράδοσης, την ώρα και την ημέρα που μπορεί ο φοιτητής/τρια.
Ασύγχρονη διδασκαλία
Με την «ασύγχρονη διδασκαλία» οι υποψήφιοι μπορούν να παρακολουθήσουν, ανεξάρτητα ο ένας από τον άλλο, μια συγκεκριμένη διάλεξη εξ αποστάσεως που βρίσκεται σε ένα δικτυακό τόπο σε ειδική ηλεκτρονική πλατφόρμα.
Σύγχρονη επικοινωνία
Με τη «σύγχρονη επικοινωνία από απόσταση» ο διδάσκων καθηγητής και οι φοιτητές είναι συνδεδεμένοι μέσω Η/Υ σε προκαθορισμένες μέρες και ώρες στη διάρκεια του εξαμήνου και πραγματοποιούν συζητήσεις σχετικές με απορίες που προέκυψαν από τα μαθήματα έχοντας αμοιβαία λεκτική επικοινωνία και ταυτόχρονη οπτική επαφή.
Επιπλέον, οι μεταπτυχιακοί υποψήφιοι έχουν τη δυνατότητα πρόσβασης από το σπίτι τους στην Κεντρική Βιβλιοθήκη του ΔΠΘ. Δίνεται δε η δυνατότητα απόκτησης σύγχρονων (on-line) και ασύγχρονων (off-line) ηλεκτρονικών πληροφοριών είτε μέσα από το διαδίκτυο είτε μέσα από τις τράπεζες πληροφοριών των Πανεπιστημιακών Βιβλιοθηκών και των βιβλιοθηκών άλλων Τμημάτων.
Ημερομηνίες – Κατάθεση φακέλου υποψηφιότητας
Η περίοδος υποβολής υποψηφιοτήτων για την συμμετοχή στο ΠΜΣ «ΛΕΙτουργική ΔΙΑχείριση Τραυματισμών σε Αθλητές και Ασκούμενους»από την 1η έως την 11η Σεπτεμβρίου 2017.
Η κατάθεση του φακέλου υποψηφιότητας προτείνεται να γίνει σε μορφή PDF αποκλειστικά, στην ηλεκτρονική διεύθυνση του προγράμματος (leitourgiki@phyed.duth.gr) και όσοι επιλεγούν να πρέπει να καταθέσουν και σε έντυπη μορφή το φάκελο υποψηφιότητας τους προκειμένου να πραγματοποιηθεί η εγγραφή τους.
Η Δια ζώσης διδασκαλία των μαθημάτων (τριήμερο εντατικής φοίτησης) για το Α΄ΕΞΑΜΗΝΟ θα πραγματοποιηθεί το 1ο 15/θημερο Νοεμβρίου 2017 (με πιθανές ημερομηνίες: 10-12/11).
