Kalamos Multisports Festival 2017: Μια διοργάνωση για όλους με Energy Triathlon, Aquathlon, Relay και Fitness events!

Η Ελληνική Ομοσπονδία Τριάθλου και ο Δήμος Ωρωπού διοργανώνουν την Κυριακή 23 Απριλίου 2017 την αθλητική εκδήλωση “Energy Triathlon Attiki – Kalamos Multisports Festival 2017” στην περιοχή Καλάμου-Αγίων Αποστόλων του Δήμου Ωρωπού.

 

Την Τεχνική Επιμέλεια της διοργάνωσης έχει αναλάβει η Energy Races, ενώ Συνδιοργανωτές των αγώνων είναι η Επιτροπή Τουριστικής Αναπτυξης του Δήμου Ωρωπού (ΕΤΑΔΩ) και οι αθλητικοί οι σύλλογοι: Ναυτικός Όμιλος Αγίων Αποστόλων και Α.Ο. Θησέας Ζωγράφου.

 

Σκοπός της διοργάνωσης είναι η η τουριστική ανάπτυξη και προβολή του Δήμου Ωρωπού. Η ανάπτυξη οικολογικής συνείδησης και η προώθηση του λαικού μαζικού αθλητισμού.

 

Το Kalamos Multisport Festival φιλοξενείται σε μια από τις ομορφότερες τοποθεσίες του Δήμου Ωρωπού, λίγα μόνο χιλιόμετρα από την Αθήνα, που εξελίχθηκε μέσα στους αιώνες σε ένα διαμάντι της Βορειοανατολικής Αττικής. Οι Άγιοι Απόστολοι του Καλάμου, απέχουν μόλις 45 χιλιόμετρα από την Αθήνα.

 

Οι συμμετέχοντες θα έχουν την ευκαιρία να συμμετάσχουν στον αγώνα Τριάθλου, είτε sprint απόστασης (750μ κολύμβηση – 20χλμ ποδηλασίας – 5χλμ τρέξιμο) είτε semi long (1.500μ κολύμβηση – 60χλμ ποδηλασία – 15χλμ τρέξιμο), όσο και στο πολύ προσιτό Aquathlon (750μ κολύμβηση – 5χλμ τρέξιμο), τα οποία θα διεξαχθούν μία εβδομάδα μετά το Πάσχα. Η διοργάνωση, πέρα από τους λάτρεις των multisports, θα «αγκαλιάσει» και τους fitness lovers γενικότερα, προσφέροντάς τους την ευκαιρία να συμμετάσχουν σε μια γκάμα από fitness δραστηριότητες.

Το “Energy Triathlon Attiki – Kalamos Multisport Festival 2017” είναι ανοιχτό προς όλους τους αθλητές και αθλούμενους και που θέλουν να απολαύσουν τα αγαπημένα τους αθλήματα. Οι λάτρεις του Τριάθλου θα έχουν την ευκαιρία να αγωνιστούν για πρώτη φορά στον Κάλαμο Αττικής, με φόντο τον Ευβοϊκό, είτε ατομικά είτε σε ομάδες σκυταλοδρομίας. Οι πιο αρχάριοι αθλούμενοι, εκτός από το Τρίαθλο, θα έχουν την ευκαιρία να δοκιμάσουν τις δυνάμεις τους στο ακόμα πιο προσιτό Aquathlon, που περιλαμβάνει μόνο κολύμβηση και τρέξιμο. Τόσο οι συμμετέχοντες στους αγώνες όσο και οι φίλοι τους, θα έχουν την δυνατότητα να απολαύσουν και τα fitness προγράμματα που θα πλαισιώσουν το φεστιβάλ.

 

To Aquathlon είναι η πιο προσιτή επιλογή για τους νέους φίλους των multisport, ειδικά αν έχουν εμπειρία σε ένα από τα δυο αθλήματα που περιλαμβάνει, την κολύμβηση και το τρέξιμο. Στον Κάλαμο, το “φορμάτ” θα είναι το πιο απλό με 750 μέτρα κολύμβησης στην αρχή και 5χλμ τρέξιμο στη συνέχεια, μέχρι τον τερματισμό. Δεν χρειάζεται τον ποδηλατικό εξοπλισμό του τριάθλου, μόνο τον σωστό ρουχισμό (μαγιώ-μπλουζα) και παπούτσια τρεξίματος. Είναι fun , είναι αγωνιστικό, είναι για όλους, είναι ο ιδανικός τρόπος για να μπει κάνεις στον μαγικό κόσμο των Multisposrts!

 

 

Πάρε μέρος με την παρέα σου στην σκυταλοδρομία τριάθλου!

 

Το fun απογειώνει η συμμετοχή στο αγώνισμα της Σκυταλοδρομίας (Team Relay)! Στον αγώνα σκυταλοδρομίας η κάθε ομάδα μπορεί να αποτελείται από δύο ή τρεις αθλητές, με κάθε αθλητή της να κάνει από ένα σκέλος του τριάθλου. Έχεις στην παρέα σου κάποιον «καλό» στο ποδήλατο, ενώ για παράδειγμα εσύ είσαι καλύτερος στο τρέξιμο; Ή μήπως «έχεις» το κολύμπι καλύτερα; Η σκυταλοδρομία είναι ο πιο fun αγώνας του τριάθλου, με το feeling της ομάδας σου να σε πωρώνει ακόμα περισσότερο και, εν τέλει, να περνάτε καλά!

 

 

 

Η ομαδική εγγραφή στα ατομικά αγωνίσματα επιβραβεύεται με έκπτωση!

 

Στο “Energy Triathlon Attiki – Kalamos Multisports Festival 2017, ακόμα όμως κι αν θέλεις να συμμετάσχεις σε ατομικό αγώνισμα μπορείς να έχεις προνόμια με ομαδική εγγραφή οι οποίες επιβραβεύονται με έκπτωση. Με την προϋπόθεση ότι η ομάδα αποτελείται από τουλάχιστον 10 συμμετέχοντες, μπορούν οι αθλητές να έχουν το bonus της έκπτωσης, στα πλαίσια ομαδικής εγγραφής του συλλόγου, της ομάδας ή …της παρέας τους.

 

 

Οι διαδρομές του αγώνα, χάρτες, υψομετρικά, όρια χρόνου και τεχνικές επισημάνσεις

τους χάρτες των διαδρομών, τις υψομετρικές κλίσεις, τα όρια χρόνου που θα ισχύσουν αλλά και κάποιες τεχνικές επισημάνσεις που συμπεριλαμβάνονται στους κανονισμούς θα πρέπει να γνωρίζουν όλοι οι συμμετέχοντες.

 

 

Η κολύμβηση θα γίνει στο κομμάτι της θάλασσας μπροστά από το πάρκινγκ των Αγίων Αποστόλων με εκκίνηση αριστερά της εγκατάστασης της περιοχής αλλαγών, ενώ οι αθλητές θα εξέλθουν μπροστά από την περιοχη αλλαγών. 1 γύρος για τη sprint απόσταση και 2 γύροι για την μεγάλη απόσταση.

 

Η ποδηλασία θα γίνει στο πανέμορφο κομμμάτι επί της Παραλιακής οδού Αγίων Αποστολων – Σκάλα Ωρωπού, ώς τη θέση «Κτήμα Λάτση» και επιστροφή. Η συνολική απόσταση της συγκεκριμένης διαδρομής είναι 12,5χλμ. Η άσφαλτος είναι πολύ καλής ποιότητας και η διαδρομή πάρα πολύ γρήγορη καθώς έχει ελάχιστα υψομετρικά και απαλές στροφές. Οι συμμετέχοντες στη σπριντ απόσταση θα κάνουν 2 γύρους (ακριβής απόσταση 25χλμ), ενώ οι συμμετέχοντες στη μεγάλη απόσταση θα κάνουν 5 γύρους (ακριβής απόσταση 62χλμ)

Το τρέξιμο θα γίνει επί της δημοσίας οδού προς την παραλία «Ανκόνα» και επιστροφή (απόσταση στροφής 5χλμ). Η διαδρομή είναι σχεδόν επίπεδη χωρις δυσκολίες. Οι συμμετέχοντες στη σπριντ απόσταση θα κάνουν 1 στροφή (5χλμ), ενώ οι συμμετέοντες στη μεγάλη απόσταση θα κάνουν 3 στροφές (15χλμ).

 

Το αγώνισμα Semi Long Distance Triathlon απευθύνεται σε έμπειρους και προπονημένους αθλητές και θα εφαρμοστούν όρια χρόνου κατά τη διεξαγωγή του. Στο Sprint Triathlon η διαδρομή της ποδηλασίας και του τρεξίματος θα κλείνει παράλληλα με τα όρια της Semi Long απόστασης.
