Θέμα: Ενημέρωση για τον Διεθνή Ποδηλατικό Γύρο Ελλάδας 2013
Αξιότιμες κυρίες, αξιότιμοι κύριοι,
Μετά από τις μέχρι σήμερα επαφές με όλες τις εμπλεκόμενες Περιφέρειας, Δήμους, Κρατικούς φορείς και πιθανούς χορηγούς, θα θέλαμε να σας ενημερώσουμε για τη μέχρι τώρα πορεία της προετοιμασίας της διοργάνωσης του Γύρου:
1. Όσον αφορά στην κάλυψη των κονδυλίων που αφορούν στην διαμονή και διατροφή των συμμετεχόντων, παρόλο ότι υπάρχουν οι προφορικές δεσμεύσεις από το μεγαλύτερο μέρος των Περιφερειών και των Δήμων που συμπεριλαμβάνονται στις διαδρομές του Γύρου, μέχρι σήμερα δεν έχει αποσταλεί στην Ομοσπονδία το σύνολο των αντίστοιχων
εγγράφων επιβεβαίωσης των δεσμεύσεων αυτών.
2. Παρόλη τη θετική ανταπόκριση ορισμένων μεγάλων χορηγών για την κάλυψη μέρους των υπολοίπων κονδυλίων της διοργάνωσης, για διάφορους λόγους (αλλαγή Διοικήσεων, εκκρεμείς αποφάσεις, κ.λ.π.) μέχρι στιγμής, δεν υπάρχουν οι αντίστοιχες γραπτές δεσμεύσεις.
3. Το ίδιο συμβαίνει και με το πρόγραμμα τηλεοπτικής κάλυψης και προβολής του Γύρου (αλλαγή Διευθύνοντος Συμβούλου στην ΕΡΤ, νέος Γενικός Διευθυντής Δ.Ο.Λ. κλπ).
4. Αναμένονται απαντήσεις από διάφορους χορηγούς από τους οποίους είχαμε αρχικά θετική ανταπόκριση, χωρίς όμως να έχουμε μέχρι σήμερα γραπτές δεσμεύσεις (ΤΡΑΠΕΖΑ ΠΕΙΡΑΙΩΣ, ALPHA BANK, LUCOZADE, KOSMOCAR, κ.λ.π.)Λαμβάνοντας υπόψη όλα τα παραπάνω και έχοντας σαν γνώμονα την ‘’ασφαλή’’, από οικονομικής και τεχνικής πλευράς, διοργάνωση του Γύρου, είναι αναγκαίο να προτείνουμε την αλλαγή ημερομηνίας διεξαγωγής από 13 –19 Μαΐου, στις 14 – 20 Οκτωβρίου 2013, ελπίζοντας ότι μέχρι τότε θα έχουν εξασφαλιστεί όλα τα αντίστοιχα κονδύλια (εκτός τακτικού προϋπολογισμού
της Ομοσπονδίας, όπως έχουμε ήδη δεσμευθεί) για τη διοργάνωση του Γύρου αυτού.
