H εκμάθηση τεχνικής σε οποιοδήποτε άθλημα είναι σημαντική. Υπάρχουν αθλήματα όπου κανένας δεν τα δοκιμάζει δίχως να έχει κάποιον ειδικό να του δείξει την σωστή τεχνική -π.χ. ιστιοπλοία, beach volley, ιππασία, τέννις- και υπάρχουν άλλα στα οποία θεωρούμε ότι δεν υπάρχει σημαντική τεχνική, π.χ. ποδηλασία, τρέξιμο. Δυστυχώς όλα τα αθλήματα απαιτούν εκμάθηση της βασικής τεχνικής .
Στο τρίαθλο αποδεχόμαστε ότι η κολύμβηση απαιτεί εκμάθηση κάποιας ειδικής τεχνικής αλλά θεωρούμε ότι κατέχουμε την βασική τεχνική τρεξίματος και ποδηλασίας. Αυτό βέβαια είναι πλήρως λανθασμένο και εάν κάποιος μας βινετοσκοπήσει από εμπρός, πίσω και στο πλάι μάλλον θα νιώσουμε μεγάλη έκπληξη για τα λάθη που δεν πιστεύαμε ότι κάνουμε. Εάν μάλιστα δούμε και αναλύσουμε το βίντεο με κάποιο που γνωρίζει αρκετά καλά την τεχνική του κάθε αθλήματος τότε θα δούμε πόσο είχαμε υποτιμήσει τα θέματα τεχνικής.
Ομως ας αρχίσουμε με ορισμένες σημαντικές παραδοχές:
- Δεν υπάρχει αθλητής – ακόμα και κορυφαίος στον κόσμο- που να μην έχει ανάγκη διορθώσεων σε επίπεδο τεχνικής. H προσπάθεια βελτιστοποίησης της τεχνικής πρέπει να είναι μία συνεχής και δίχως τέρμα προσπάθεια.
- Οσο πιο πολύ γνωρίζουμε ένα άθλημα τόσο ανακαλύπτουμε θέματα τεχνικής που είναι σημαντικά για την απόδοσή μας.
- Η βελτίωση της τεχνικής μας είναι απαραίτητη τόσο για την επίτευξη καλύτερου αθλητικού αποτελέσματος όσο και την αποφυγή τραυματισμών.
- Η βελτίωση της τεχνικής μας μακροπρόθεσμα συνεπάγεται και βελτίωση της αθλητικής μας απόδοσης. Ισως βραχυπρόθεσμα μειωθεί η οικονομία μας όμως μακροπρόθεσμα θα έχουμε πολύ σημαντικά αποτελέσματα.
- Η βελτίωση της τεχνικής μας δεν είναι κάτι που αφορά μόνο τις ασκήσεις τεχνικής που κάνουμε μετά την προθέρμανση. Στις ασκήσεις τεχνικής συνήθως απομονώνουμε ένα σημείο της κίνησης ή εστιάζουμε σε ένα συνηθισμένο λάθος όμως εάν αυτό δεν μπορέσουμε να το δουλέψουμε και κατά την διάρκεια της προπόνησής μας τότε είναι σίγουρο ότι οι ασκήσει τεχνικής δεν θα πιάσουν τόπο. Είναι πολύ συνηθισμένο κάποιος να κάνει άψογα κολύμβητικές ή δρομικές ασκήσεις και όταν προσπαθεί να κολυμπήσει – ακόμα και αερόβια- να αγνοεί όλα αυτά που έκανε στις ασκήσεις τεχνικής.
- Για να αφομοιώσουμε κάτι πρέπει να το κάνουμε πολλές χιλιάδες φορές, π.χ.11.000 συνεπώς οι ασκήσει τεχνικής δεν επαρκούν.
Πως όμως πρέπει να ξεκινήσουμε να μαθαίνουμε σε κάποιον την σωστή του κάθε αθλήματος. Θεωρούμε ότι ο αθλούμενος οφείλει να γνωρίζει ορισμένα βασικά στοιχεί της βιομηχανικής του αθλήματος και ορισμένους νόμους της φυσικής που αφορούν την κίνηση ώστε να καταννοήσει τί πρέπει να αποφύγει. Είναι σημαντικό να καταννοήσει τι θα του προσφέρει η σωστή τεχνική.
Είναι σημαντικό να μπορέσει ο προπονητής να μεταδώσει με απλά λόγια τα θέματα τεχνικής. Ομως βασικό σημείο για την βελτίωση της τεχνικής είναι να επιθυμεί ο αθλούμενος κάτι τέτοιο.
Το αναφέρουμε αυτό καθώς :
- Τις περισσότερες φορές οι αθλούμενοι βαριούνται να ασχολούνται με θέματα τεχνικής ιδίως οι αθλητές αντοχής.
- Ο αθλούμενος δεν είναι απόλυτα αφοσιωμένος σε αυτά που λέει ο προπονητής του και έτσι δεν μπορεί να έχει υψηλά επίπεδα νευρομυικής συναρμογής. Η εκμάθηση τεχνικής απαιτεί την απόλυτη συγκέντρωση κάτι που συνήθως δεν συμβαίνει και με συνδυασμό ότι οι αθλητές δεν έχουν το ταλέντο ενός καταδύτη, χορευτή κ.λπ. αναφορικά με την νευρομυική συναρμογή οι ασκήσει τεχνικής έχουν μικρή αποτελεσματικότητα.
Συμπερασματικά κλείνουμε ότι βελτίωση τεχνικής, φυσικής κατάστασης και αθλητικής απόδοσης πρέπει να πηγαίνουν μαζί και η βελτίωση στον ένα βοηθά και το άλλο. Βελτιώνουμε την φυσική μας κατάσταση και έτσι μπορούμε να υποστηρίξουμε π.χ. το σωστό τρέξιμο. Πτώση του επιπέδου της φυσικής μας κατάστασης συνήθως συνεπάγεται και πτώση του επιπέδου της τεχνικής μας
Βελτιώνουμε την τεχνική μας και βελτιώνουμε τους χρόνους μας καθώς μπορούμε να παράγουμε περισσότερο έργο δίχως να καταναλώνουμε περιττή ενέργεια

Do you ever run into any web browser compatibility problems?
A couple of my blog readers have complained about my site not
operating correctly in Explorer but looks great in Chrome.
