Περικλής Ηλίας : 5ος στο Ευρωπαικό Marathon

Μιά ακόμη μεγάλη διάκριση πρόσθεσε στο ενεργητικό του ο Πρωταθλητής μας Περικλής Ηλίας. Συγκεκριμένα στην Τσεχία πήρε μέρος στο Ευρωπαϊκό Πρωτάθλημα MARATHON Ορεινής Ποδηλασίας και μετά από εκπληκτική εμφάνιση κατάφερε να πλασαριστεί στην πέμπτη θέση της τελικής κατάταξης. Μάλιστα έάν δεν είχε πτώση στα τελευταία χιλιόμετρα, θα διεκδικούσε με αξιώσεις μετάλιο, αφού βρισκόταν στην τρίτη θέση. Με αυτή του την εμφάνιση ο Περικλής Ηλίας, απέδειξε για μιά ακόμη φορά, ότι δίκαια πήρε το εισιτήριο για τους Ολυμπιακούς Αγώνες – Λονδίνο 2012 και έχει τα φόντα για να προσφέρει μια διάκριση στην Ελληνική Ποδηλασία.
