Ώρα: 09.00. Εκκίνηση από Μόλο Αγ. Νικολάου – Ακτή Δυμαίων – Ροϊτικα – Παυλόκαστρο – Χαλανδρίτσα- Καταρράκτης – Μάνεσι- Τερματισμός Ι.Μ. Αγίας Λαύρας. Προεκκίνηση έως την διασταύρωση προς Χαλανδρίτσα.
Παρατήρηση : . Οι αγώνες Α-Ε είναι κοινοί με ελεύθερο πάτημα με ξεχωριστή βράβευση και φύλλο αγώνα αν συμπληρωθεί η κατηγορία των Εφήβων.
Δηλώσεις συμμετοχής: Οι δηλώσεις συμμετοχής πρέπει να ευρίσκονται στα γραφεία του Π.Ο.Π. αυστηρά μέχρι 20/3/2012, ταχυδρομικώς. με e-mail ή με fax. Παράκληση που αφορά την κατηγορία Μάστερς, όπως δηλώσουν τον αριθμό μητρώου και των δύο δελτίων τους, όσοι έχουν, (ΕΟΠ-ΠΕΠΑ), καθώς επίσης και τον αριθμό πλάτης που έχουν πάρει από την ΠΕΠΑ.
Κατάθεση δελτίων: Η κατάθεση των δελτίων και η παραλαβή των αριθμών για τις κατηγορίες Α-Ε θα γίνειτην 24-3-2012 στο ξενοδοχείο NIFOREIKA BEACH όπου θα φιλοξενηθούν οι αποστολές από ώρα 12.00 έως 14.00 και στην γραμματεία, από ώρα 14,30 στην εκκίνηση του Σιρκουί. Οι αριθμοί στους αθλητές Μάστερς θα δοθούν στο τεχνικό συνέδριο ή από την γραμματεία (08.00)
πριν την εκκίνηση του αγώνα την 25-3-2012.
Όσον αφορά τους Μάστερς θα χρησιμοποιήσουν τους αριθμούς της ΠΕΠΑ μια και ο αγώνας είναι ενταγμένος και στο καλαντάρι της.
Τεχνικό συνέδριο: Για τον αγώνα Σιρκουί θα δοθούν οδηγίες στο ξενοδοχείο στις 14.00, για τους αγώνες αντοχής θα γίνει τεχνικό συνέδριο μετά το πέρας του Σιρκουί στις 20.00 και πάλι στον χώρο του ξενοδοχείου.
Όροι συμμετοχής: Κάθε σύλλογος έχει δικαίωμα να συμμετάσχει με απεριόριστο αριθμό αθλητών. Οι αθλητές συμμετέχουν στους αγώνες με δική τους ευθύνη. Ο Π.Ο.Π. δεν έχει καμία υποχρέωση για κάθε ατύχημα και φθορά ή απώλειααγωνιστικού υλικού. Οι αθλητές είναι υποχρεωμένοι να τηρούν τον κώδικα οδικής κυκλοφορίας Πέρα των ομάδων – αθλητών που καλύπτει οικονομικά ο Π.Ο.Πατρών, μπορούν να συμμετάσχουν ομάδες – αθλητές με δικά τους έξοδα αρκεί να έχουν δελτίο της Ε.Ο.Π. κατηγορίας Α-Ν – Ε – Μ και (Μ ΠΕΠΑ).
Κανονισμοί: Θαισχύσουν οι κανονισμοί της Ε.Ο.Π. και της U.C.I.
